OMG, stay motivated? No way, this is a life sentence people, its not a 4 or 6 month program, weightlifting and eating right is for life!
BB Accomplishments:
Biceps, triceps, back, lost 40 fat pounds, went from a 20%bmi to 11% in 3 years.
Bench Press 1 rep max = 315lb
Squat 1 rep max = 300lb
Bicep curl bar 1 rep max = 135lbs

I was wondering what you think about Size On?. Are you happy with the results it provides??..Any bad side effects?...I was willing to buy it lately, I am using Kre-alkalien for creatin intakes right now.
