Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
When i tell my friends and family my goals, they keep me going when i don't want to keep going. They are the ones that make me motivated.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Tell them that they just need to keep confident and to keep going because if you want to get anywhere.. you have to finish your goals that you have now or you are not getting anywhere.
GAINING LBS.... IS SOMETHING THAT I'D HAVE TO REALLY GET PEROSNAL ON IF ITS HARD FOR U...THERE R BASIC RULES BUT I'D HAVE TO HAVE TIME WHICH I DONT RT NOW....LONG LIST...;;BUT JUST MAKE SURE THAT YO CALS. R ABOUT TRIPLE FROM 2000 PER DAY...CARBS DOUBLE THE AVERAGE AMOUNT AND HAVE A BOWL OF OATMEAL EACH NIGHT BEFORE BED
hey bro, dont lose your motivation. It takes a lot of hard work to see progress, but you are young and before you know it you will be huge. Stick to good form, good lifts and good nutrition and you will make it.
