I've always been very athletic. I played football, track, and other sports, but, I never really focused on just bodybuilding. I put Sept. of 2006 on my start date because that is when I "got serious".
Why I Love It:
Working out is a passion. Some people really have to make themselves go to the gym...me, I just love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how other people have transformed their body is motivating.

I don't really know how much I weighed here. Probably about 175 lbs. Not happy at all with my body.
Okay, its been one week of cutting so far, and I can see some good changes. Going to have to rev it up a little more this week though. I have to be where I was at before July 4th.... and then some!
Got my 1st photo shoot on Sep. 20th. My goal is less than 7% bodyfat by then.
Goal (Long):
My long term goal to to be a solid 190 lbs of lean muscle, with only 6% body fat. I want to make sure my abs are ripped and showing :) I am not too concerned about the amount of weight I am lifting, although, I would like to max on bench for 315, squat 405 lbs. This is my goal for 2008!
I’ve had some folks ask me about what I eat so here it is. The simple answer is that I eat 6-7 meals per day and try to take in about 250-300 grams of protein a day and my carbs vary between 150-300 grams per day. I try to keep fat minimal, only eating "good fats".
Current Workout Routine: (I mix it up a lot to keep my body guessing) Also, I do abs 4-5 days a week and cardio mixed in from time to time, depending of if I'm cutting or bulking.
Umm, yeah, you never said if you did your cardio yesterday?? I'm really not sure what a good bodyfat % looks like so I've been looking at other women on here to see what their's is compared to the picture I have in my head of what I'd like to look like! lol Really, I guess I just wanna look hot ... hehe... don't really care about the number!
it is crazy..leaning up everyday..I can't wait for the end result either..I am flying out to train with Jason and Cat..they are going to kill me with workouts..I can't wait!
Can't sleep tonight so I might as well get this over with! My hubby figured out how to do the bodyfat % on our scales for me tonight .... yeah, um 16.4% :P Wishin' he didn't do that!! On the upside, I did do 30 min of cardio! How about you?

awwww...yeah, we have to know so we can pick out appropriate attire and colors!!!! hehe. We are hoping for a healthy, beautiful baby!!!! :-) lol no preference!!
I'm not gonna ask how much cardio you got in last night ... hehe... just if you did the eliptical? I did the treadmill 30 more min. yea me!! So, my weight is 106 now. It had gotten back up to 113 a while back. I know I have more muscle so I'm assuming the bodyfat% went down? I'm gonna see if my physical therapists can check it today. Wish me luck?
Awesome. I want to start doing that as well.. I was one week shy of working a booth at the Olympia. I was hoping to do that, make a lot of contacts, and bring home a grand for 2 1/2 days work... You're looking great! I need to take some notes from you...really!! I just got back from a 10 day vacay in Chicago and Ohio...ate waay too much good food and had a ton of fun. I'm gonna be working out like a mad woman now that I'm back! Photo shoot, huh? Congrats!

I'm in my 14th week now...just started my 2nd trimester today...in other words...just over three months. I have a baby pooch that is freakin' adorable!!!!!! I have an appt. today to measure me and weigh in, and then at the next one in 4-5 weeks...WE GET TO FIND OUT WHAT WE'RE HAVING!!!!!!!
BTW, my pull-up vid will be up very soon. This morning I couldn't believe how SOLID my wide-grip pull-ups had become! I was thrilled. My patience and perserverence is definitely paying off. I think it's so cool when sudden strength unexpectedly befalls me!
