thanks for the note and the add. great avi photo--is that your little sister or your daughter. impressive profile--but as a dad i may have my own filter. great to read your dad is such a motivator to you. i work to be that for my sons. they're much younger, but you gotta start early so they appreciate life, and understand the importance of hard work and determintation. obviously traits your dad has instilled in you. You both rock! Keep leading the way brother.
