Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I just keep a notebook to record my progress each month. This way, I know if my program works or if it hits a plateau. I hate being too comfy with my program... It gets boring so this is the best way ...more
