I was getting too fat, too sloppy so I decided to take the step of a lifetime and chose fitness for life. Quitted the nicotine stick and binge drinking and turned 180 degrees around. Never looked back ever since..
Why I Love It:
Feeling good everyday is the best payoff! Fitness keeps me from being sluggish in my daily performance be it at work or sports...

Looking back at who I was, and looking at the future of who I want to be... Healthy living is the goal..

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I just keep a notebook to record my progress each month. This way, I know if my program works or if it hits a plateau. I hate being too comfy with my program... It gets boring so this is the best way ...more

This would be my first post on bodyblogs. Guess its so much easier to talk about fitness in a fitness community! Anyway, gonna head back to gym training after settling down at my new location. Been moving about and I couldn't get myself into a decent gym. Let alone, proper training environment...
