How I Started:
well like it says on my page i wanted to transform my body as i didnt like my body before hand
Why I Love It:
well i wanted to lose a bit of weight, i accomplished that fine,then i looked at my body and it was also gaining muscle and i loved goin gym and doing all this stuff really, where a passion lies i think lol
How I Stay Motivated:
i cant really explain that because i realy just push myself to do my workouts, so i cant really explain it better than that

achieved a better outline, lats, not fully tensed biceps but hoping to build the peaks, forearms need more intense training, bad detail in the pic, detail missed but just shows the outline
lol I just started lifting this week, but I lost 60 lbs this summer doing cardio and eating good. I study nutrition a lot and plan on getting my Ph D. in nutrition. I also swam this winter to stay in shape. Thanks and if you need any tweaking to your diet feel free to message me.
Thanks for the add and keep us updated on your progress. Another 10 lbs of muscle and definition well certainly give you a lean tightly muscled body. Andre
