How I Started:
I needed to get stronger for wrestling, and started doing push-ups and crunches to get stronger. Everything just got better from there.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so alive and strong, and I love seeing the changes my body goes through.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constantly research information about working out and look at other people's bodies and try to match or better their accomplishments.

Nothing major yet, nothing even that impressive. But I'm working on it.
