I'm holding up. Schedule is crazy right now and unfortunately training has to take a back seat for the meantime and that is KILLING me :( However, I am using this time to tweak my diet and focus on that and educate myself on how I would like to go about my transformation. You on the other hand are looking so ridiculously good! Thanks for stopping by!

can you describe L-flys? Do you mean pec-decs with your arms at a 90 degree angle?

I've had the issue with my right shoulder ever since I can remember. 1 thing I think that might helpis to do rotator cuff exercises. Stay healthy!!

Hey, hope you're doing well also. I have been on vacation for the past week and the 2 weeks leading up to it were pretty hectic. Needless to say gym habits and eating habits have suffered. . .A LOT! I'm off from work for another week and hitting the gym right after I hit the "SUBMIT" button. BACK IN THE SADDLE! Thanks for not forgetting me, lol!

Thanks ro,my back is one of those things that I feel really needs work and when it's all said and done should look phenomenal! Like I said about the diet, stick with it. If you make it a lifestyle change, its easier to deal with, as opposed to a fad.

EVERYONE Hits plateaus. All you gotta do is look for ways to tweak your diet and exercise routines. It is frustrating but the tweaking can get very interesting. Buck up chum ;-)

Glad to hear you're doing awesome man! Lookin like what you're doing is working. I'm still in the game but going through somewhat of a schedule change so not getting in the plan of attack how I'd want but I'll get it straight.

Yea I'm kinda just sticking to what I was using...pen and paper. Otherwise... I really gotta clean up the diet on weekends and I should get on track pretty good

Yea I wouldn't say I stopped drinking bc of the DUI but it helped. That incident basically led to my lifestyle change. I don't really think about drinking the same as I used to but I'm pretty excited about the Sam Adams trip!
