Latest BodyBlog Entry (60 Posts Total)
Category: Training on Oct 27, 2009 7:56pm

I utterly hate writing the types of entries but I feel that I could really use some support at the moment.  I feel like I am bitching for nothing b/c I KNOW what I need to do.  The same problems everyone has, I have, probably even less.  I work at 8 and have to be up at 5:30 to get ready...

Shoulders problems apparently come with the territory. You've been lifting for years. How long have you had shoulder issues?

Yeah, this morning I had to get up at 4:00AM to workout and I wasn't able to crash until 12:00 last night. Normally I am in bed around 10:30-11:00 and get up at 4:30 to workout. It sucks but it is the only time I have available.

Its crazy what damage can be done over a vacation.I gained 7 lbs!!on a 3 day vaca. to Atlantic City. Luckily it came off very fast and I look better than I did before I left now. Lots of work though. I forgot that you were due for a vacation with your sweetheart right? Well good for you. Some R & R is always a neccesity from time to time. And forget about you? NEVER!

A lot of what i have read about diet and bodybuilding is to do with life style. Im trying to change things a step at a time. I failed last time as i tried to do too much all at once. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for the comment on my Blog. The diet is going to be a lot of trial and error, probably more error than anything else. Oh, and your back, excellent work there sir, it looks awesome.
