When I Started:
How I Started:
I started working out when I was in high school. It wasn't until I joined the military where I was introduced to bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the energy my body gives me in return as well as the confidence I have towards a multitude of other things in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I train with friends who challenge and push me to train harder.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been all the way down to 4 % body fat when I tried to see if I could get to competition shape. Apparently it worked.
