I am looking at competing next year around October in an INBA show. I'm choosing to do it the natural way but have nothing against a little assistance for people that want to do it. Another 5lbs or so would be great this time next year

great results! i see! been training pretty hard - bulking, then cutting... bad period now, but it's getting to an end and i'll be able to reconcentrate on my training!
