How I Started:
I used to lift with my father as a kid. I obviously havent stuck with it but im tryin again and i WILL stay lifting this time.
Why I Love It:
Working out has always relaxed me. Gives me something to do. Gives me a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
Music! It keeps me in the gym for hours. It seems like i cant listen to music unless im in the gym or about to go to the gym.

Lose fat and gain a huge grip of lean muscle
Goal (Long):
I want to totally transform my body... I was in the army for awhile and ever since i got out ive become a bit of a "Big body". I must fix that. I want a low bodyfat percentage. I want every muscle on my body to be define. I want huge lats that give my back that nice tapered look. Pretty much my idea of the "perfect boddy". At the moment i am very far from acheiving my goal. It will be a long and scary road but im ready for it. BRING THE PAIN HOOAH!!
