When I Started: Dec, 2006
How I Started: Around Thanksgiving of 2006 I realized that if I continued on my current course, I'd have a heart attack. Weighing 287 lbs, I needed to make some lifestyle changes. Over the course of four months, I lost 35 pounds. But then through my wife's pregnancy (sympathy weight) I gained back around 15 pounds of what I lost. So I'm starting fresh again.
Why I Love It: I feel a lot better about myself when I'm working out and losing weight. Easier to tie my shoes too.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments: I've lost 15 pounds so far.
