What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I try to stay under my daily recommended caloric intake if I am trying to lose weight. I focus on veggies for snacks and carry a water bottle with me everywhere, for the munchie urges I get. Drinking water fills me up and the munchies go away. If I want fast food or the fatty indulgences, I go for the kids meals. It is just enough to curb the fatty foods cravings. No specific diet, just try to stay away from high calorie, high fat foods and focus on the calories in/calories out concept. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
