Overall Goal: I want to lose the pregnancy flab and turn it into pure lean muscle. I want to get down to 140lbs and 20% BMI. I want to achieve this goal by my December.

I began working at 24 Hour Fitness in High School and just started working out. I quickly grew to enjoy it and the results from it.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because it is something that allows me to release my frustrations and stress in a positive way. I get into a zone in a world of my own and it is the most relaxing thing ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is my son. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle to pass on to him and so i can be around to see my great-grandchildren someday.

Goal (Long):
Now that I am a mother of 2 and a wife I am ready to focus on my body. I am ready to start a new workout plan created by my husband and myself and stick with it for as long as it takes to achieve my goal. I want to get back to my pre-baby BMI. I want to lose 8lbs and decrease my BMI by 4%.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Fresh pineapple or strawberries. I also love cucumbers and ranch.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I try to stay under my daily recommended caloric intake if I am trying to lose weight. I focus on veggies for snacks and carry a water bottle with me everywhere, for the munchie urges I get. Drinking water fills me up and the munchies go away. If I want fast food or the fatty indulgences, I go for the kids meals. It is just enough to curb the fatty foods cravings. No specific diet, just try to stay away from high calorie, high fat foods and focus on the calories in/calories out concept. What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
