How I Started:
I've always been an athletic person. In high school a few friends and I would workout to keep in shape for baseball. Once I graduated I was going to the gym but never really payed much attention to diet. Well that caught up to me.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of pushing yourself to do something everyday that a lot of people won't do. Going to the gym after work everyday is a big commitment that I enjoy making. The physical/emotional rewards are great!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's easy to stay motivated when you know that any time away from the gym gets me further from where I want to be. I'm not blessed with a good metabolism. If I didnt go to the gym for a few weeks it would show.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. But hopefully by summer time there will be a new me.

Hey Big Joe....I looks like to me you midsection is a bit thinner in the new progress pic...are you doing a waist measurement to make sure? Also, have you lost any weight? Let me know brother!
It is best to follow a proven program when deciding to either lose weight and/or get into great shape otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy.
