 So, here is what I'm doing at the gym and what I've been eating for the last 4 weeks. Haven't weighed myself, or taken measurements, but I've lost a whole pant size - in 4 weeks!!! My husband says he has noticed quite a difference in my body since I cleaned up the eating. Don't really know...

Superpump 250 - Side Effects - I'm seriously thinking of getting some of this, but I'm a little concerned about the side effects that I'm reading about? Did you have stomach problems too?

I'm sure you'll see the results. Pre-breakfast cardio and post-workout cardio are tried and proven methods of getting more quickly to the fat stores as fuel since your body is more glycogen depleted at those times. Good luck!!

Hi. Well, I did 45 min in the am and then returned to do another 30-45 min in the evening, after my workouts. It's dramatic but I definately saw results. I can't say I loved getting up at 5am before the kids got up, but that's how I made time. Let me know if you have more ?'s. Good luck! Lisa

Thanks for vising my blog. Good luck on your quest. It's really not so difficult as some folks put on--if you want it bad enough. The sad truth is that most folks don't. The clean eating is most important. Soon you'll find yourself turning your nose up to all that crap!

Hey mamma, You can do it. You dont lose muscles when dieting/training. You will lose the body fat,and the muscle willl tighten and grow. Good luck with your goals....

I dont care if women have them, but it seems to be a focal point and thats what I dont like, thats all. I find it sad and perverse to be defined that way. I just want people to feel good about themselves with what God gave them

Apparently (from bodyspace votes) I do not contribute enough to this site, so I pulled some off my stuff. I dont feel a full profile is necessary if photos are all that is needed for most people. Not you.....you are one of the good people. I am tired of being called a man because i dont have breast implants.......it is crushing me to hear it day after day and now it is confirmed that you cant get anywhere without them
