Background

When I Started: Apr 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I started working out in my last year of middle school to prepare for high school football. I loved every second of being in the weight room and watching my body grow. My passion for weight lifting has continued to stay with me and I am thankful for each day I get to do what I love. 100% natural 100% of the time.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the confidence and self-discipline that comes in all areas of bodybuilding. I love the lifestyle.

Intensity is a wonderful emotion. It helps you clear your mind and give you focus, it tells you to go beyond your typical comfort zone and challenge yourself, it won't let you stop until your body itself fatigues, it's not satisfied with your previous workout or accomplishments, it wants you to move further, lift heavier, chase something greater. swolf1 I train at LA fitness in Avon..and I also train at Anytime fitness lol..i know 2 gyms haha..and I live on the west side of indy..about 20 minutes from downtown.. and yes big things to come all around in the near future as far as competing, school, and work! ahha ..and your split sounds awesome! And my training is going awesome :)..I'm just bulking up right now and trying to grow..then come january i will start dieting and leaning out again..And yes I'm doing a show June 18, it's our OCB circle city championships here in indy and then that following weekend is an NPC show here so I'm just going to do both since they are a week apart.But it will get tough around May because I have finals Nov 23, 2010 6:55pm
