How I Started:
I started working out in my last year of middle school to prepare for high school football. I loved every second of being in the weight room and watching my body grow. My passion for weight lifting has continued to stay with me and I am thankful for each day I get to do what I love. 100% natural 100% of the time.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence and self-discipline that comes in all areas of bodybuilding. I love the lifestyle.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
At the moment I am a fitness attendant at the YMCA but am studying for my A.C.E. certification so I can work as a personal trainer. Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
No prob bud. Ive been having the best workouts lately as well. Been increasing the weights on every exercise. My legs are filling out now but calves are still needing work.
Oh my am I seeing a difference in my back! Its ridiculous!! Loll I'm trying to stick to a diet, but it's hard I have to lose 13 lbs!! Lol I'm glad your doing well with your diet! Hope everything is going good! I'm hittin the gym hard! Lol almost everyday, I love it :D
Awww that's Awesome!!! I'm actually lifting more, and trying to lose 13 pounds so and can be more lean. Was your goal to gain more weight? I want to go to a BB show, hopefully in a few months I don't want to be this scrony little thing compared to everyone haha! I've been more dedicated to the gym so I'm happy about that. & I need to do more cardio so I'm starting that now :) Hope all is well with you hun! Work hard! :D
