I'd love to keep up with both my studies and health goals. Looking to trim down a few more body fat percentage points in order to tone my abs. Also would like to increase endurance through running - goal of 5K in 25 minutes!
Training is going strong and adding some decent muscle. I am aiming for a higher bf% (9-11%)in an effort to add serious mass. End Dec09/Jan10 I wish to be at 88kg without exceeding aimed bf% levels (if God's will).
