What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
didn't have a clue as to what exercises would help me build a good foundation for strength and size.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
start with the nuts and bolts exercises. Free weight exercises like Squats, bench press, military press, bent over barbell rows, and deadlifts. well I gave up on the high intensity after a plataeu and couple of minor injuries. I still believe for some people High intenstiy does work but I don't believe its for me. I went to a 3 day upperbody, lowerbody split and it feels great haven't seen a ton of improvement but I feel better...
