I have a friend who works out and he told me it was a great stress reliever. I tried it and found it was much more than that.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great! I also like the way its changing me physically and mentally.

I have been told not to work into failure by about as many people as have told me to work into failure. I know I hurt when I do work into failure but I like the feel. Are there any dangers to working into failure? I cant help but think of the old cliche' "No Pain No Gain" So who...

I've been working for the family buisness for 10 years now. Summers are hot and Winters are cold but atleast I get laid off for 3 months of the winter, so I can realy pay attention in the gym. Hows things down there?
