What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
A protein shake (ON 100% whey), 1-2 g of Glutamine, 5 g of creatine monohydrate, and some dextrose!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I stick far from the meats and close to the rest, with some fish and seafood on occasion. I try to eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, along with fiber filled whole grains (pastas, breads, cereals) along with some cooked vegetables, potatoes, and rice. My diet is not the kind of diet people want to eat (in general), but has helped my body, for the most part, to stay without sickness or problems/issues since July 07'.
