How I Started:
I've been involved in sports my whole life. I played soccer, basketball, and baseball in highschool and played one year of basketball at the collegiate level. Weight training has always been an interest of mine, and as of the past few years, has become just a part of my love for overall health and fitness and the commitment of keeping my body in shape.
Why I Love It:
I Love the human body. The facets and overall capacity of an amazing CREATION interests me over and over again. I Love to work out for so many reasons: looking great, feeling great, and improving greatly.
How I Stay Motivated:
Discipline and intensity shape your workouts and your "gym life", but also the person you are. Staying motivated is many times a passive effort because of reachable goals that are made and reached, one after another.

This is a regular picture of me at the beach acting goofy with some family. Not really much lifting involved.
Back is pretty defined. Erectors and Lats are building nicely with some upper trap development needed (having a little trouble with my L shoulder/possible Labrum)
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
A protein shake (ON 100% whey), 1-2 g of Glutamine, 5 g of creatine monohydrate, and some dextrose!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I stick far from the meats and close to the rest, with some fish and seafood on occasion. I try to eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, along with fiber filled whole grains (pastas, breads, cereals) along with some cooked vegetables, potatoes, and rice. My diet is not the kind of diet people want to eat (in general), but has helped my body, for the most part, to stay without sickness or problems/issues since July 07'. just finished the book titled "Better than Steroids" and was a pretty decent one. Not sure i'm fully going into bodybuilding (competing on stage) but gleaned a lot from the material it covered: pre and post workout meals, food timing, dieting styles, water!, and others-- fully...
