How I Started:
Started by joining track and cross country. Was tired of being out of shape and skinny. Started at 5 10 and 125lbs
Why I Love It:
I love the changes i can make to my body and i feel much more comfortable and confident about myself when im with my friends.
How I Stay Motivated:
Girl Dumped me for a kid on steriods. Just want to show people i can be in good shape all naturaly.
BB Accomplishments:
Started with a 70lb bench press now im at 225lbs.

Day One Front
I had been working out for a year but was not happy with my progress. I could bench 225 but it did not show.
Im up 9 pounds and have lost two inches on my waist. I gained 4 inches on my chest, 1 on my arms and 1.5 on my shoulders.
