id like to have a physique like jason statham whos a desecent size without lookin overally big...

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.

to anyone with ideas i started lifting about 7 yrs ago but it wasnt til about a year ago that i really got serious about it and started really pushing myself to extreme measures to get fit since i started this perticular workout i lost about 52lbs and put on a decsent amount of muscle but now...
