When I Started:
Nov, 2003
How I Started:
I wanted to be bigger, faster, better at football. My coach started me working out and i have loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I couldn't give you a straight answer. Its who I am, its what i do. I think about it all the time, wish my whole day away just for the one or two hours that i get to spend in the gym each day.
How I Stay Motivated:
It seemed like I didn't need motivation, it was just there, then, i started to platue and i got into a slump. Recently i had surgery on my shoulder and i was freaking because i couldn't do anything. I layed around, at least until i felt good enough to walk. This huge massive sling hangin off of me i could only walk on the tread mill, slowly seeing what my body was to become if i didn't work out. very quickly a motivation that i had never had hit me and i only long to reach my previous goals and more.
BB Accomplishments:
I can work out again

Yea I just need a goal to shoot for. Training just to train is getting a little old.
The event itself is a whole bunch of different things. You run the stairs of Soldier field, go through obstacle courses and in total it's over 10 miles. Shouldn't be that bad since you don't run the entire time. You close enough to attend?
Hey Dylan! Thanks for the message! He will like hearing that. I was actually there in Boise, so you may have saw me. His manager scouts out gyms in each city the day before. Its just a question of staying motivated. :)
