Two Day Split Performed 3 days per week, alternating between pushing &pulling muscles. Aerobic exercise is done 4-6x Wk
Gradual planned and progressive overload with planned variation in routine.
Adequate rest between workouts.
No near death experiences in the gym allowed -- Joe's gym is RATIONAL and SCIENTIFIC.
