How I Started:
I actually started working out in 1997, when my brother got out of the Marine Corp, we bacame partners.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because being healthy and fit, it relieves alot of stress for me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am off and on, green light and red light. I have not been motivated for awhile, till I went to my first fit expo.

My ideal weight would be 190 lbs. with 10% or less body fat. I am getting older and I need to get in shape, my daughter and I do Gracie Jiu Jitsu and my 3 year old will start next year. I want to be able to keep up with them.

Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I can't workout at home, there are to many distractions.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I start focusing on my main goal and on that certain body part that i am about to work out.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My weight loss and bodybuilding has actually inspired other family members and friends to start working on their fitness.
