I actually started working out in 1997, when my brother got out of the Marine Corp, we bacame partners.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because being healthy and fit, it relieves alot of stress for me.

I am off and on, green light and red light. I have not been motivated for awhile, till I went to my first fit expo.

My ideal weight would be 190 lbs. with 10% or less body fat. I am getting older and I need to get in shape, my daughter and I do Gracie Jiu Jitsu and my 3 year old will start next year. I want to be able to keep up with them.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't do it, it's ok to Grunt, but there has to be a limit.

Here I am after my Thanksgiving weekend. I told myself that I would be a good boy and not take any steps back on my diet but i did!! I simply gave myself some space and I made sure I filled it all up. I had tamales, stuffing, cookies, banana cake, and pumpkin pie!! everything that was high...
