Although supplements can never replace a solid nutrition regimen, when paired with a proper diet they definitely are a great aid.
Here is my supplementation over the course of a typically weight lifting day. In the morning I take a multi vitamin and a omega 3 fish oil pill with breakfast. For my second meal, I also take a fish oil pill. Later in the day I ingest 5 g of creatine monohydrate before working out, typically half an hour before my workout session. After working out, I again take 5 g of creatine monohydrate with my post workout shake.
Reason I joined this BodyGroup: As an aspiring teen bodybuilder, I love fitness, weight lifting, proper nutrition, etc. I want to join a group that also enjoys the various aspects of this kind of lifestyle, as well as aids its fellow members with guidance and motivation. Members: 116
