doing well. enjoying the really big gyms here in the States. putting on just a little more size. Soaking up the sunshine and enjoying friends and family. a really great vacation. i'll be back to berlin soon.

i go to fitness first in zehlendorf and steglitz. but i like to try out different clubs. is yours pretty good? that's one i havent heard of. i'd be glad to help you withthe abs. that's a tough one to figure out.

I'm doing FANTASTIC! I need to post more pics. Went through a big lean mass lass when i moved here, and then a 1-2% bf gain, but now i'm back in the saddle, losing fat & building muscle at the same time. It's kind of amazing to see. It confuses people to see both happening at the same time.

Thanks, dave. Our stats and results are remarkably similar. I did the same thing, diet-wise. It's harder now, in a cold, dark climate and with all the good beer, cheeses, bread here. I have better abs now than in these photos. It's hard to tell you in print how to get those, but technique is super important. So many people are never successful with abs, and it's becasue of a few simple reasons about form.
