How I Started:
I wanted to feel better and be healthier. Wanted to look better.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stressbuster, and icebreaker. It's something most people are comfortable asking about, it's so much better than talking about blah blah stuff.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's pretty easy, just because I feel so good, and it does so much for confidence and social ife.
BB Accomplishments:
Reduced bodyfat from 21% to 8.5% (hydrostatic) and weight from 215 to 170. (update: down to 7% bf, June 2008) In the past year (to April '08), went from 13% to 8.5% bf, 10 lbs. wt. loss with only 1 lb. of muscle loss (2-3% is average) Got abs. Learned how to eat right and which protein supplements work best for me.

Thanks man. It's obvious you are working hard! You look fantastic. As for building the intracostals & serratus, I don't have a lot of insight. Just a lot of twisting ab work & leg lifts. Wish I could be of more help.

Joey,did you say abs look better now? I am turning green as I read your response. I really think diet is my main problem. No bad foods, just hidden salt & food timing sabatage.
