How I Started:
I was inspired last January after I read the "Eat Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno. After I completely changed my eating habits I moved on to the gym with cardio and weight training.
Why I Love It:
After a session at the gym I am on a high for 2-3 hours. It feels great to have so much energy and to see my body become stronger and leaner after a fantastic workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading "Oxygen" my favourite magazine each month and keeping current with fitness websites such as eatcleandiet.com & realage.com

I just signed up for team poynter with Stevep78 after seeing all the amazing results from Charlotte and Heather on the Extreme Fat Destruction Workout plan. I am going to take my before pics tonight. I am so looking forward to tomorrow morning... I am ready to work really hard to transform...
Thanks girl! Yup, I'm still hitting it hard in the early am, well, 99.9% of the time, hehe. Every once in a while, I train in the afternoon. March in Florida is the very best weather around, I bet you can't wait till then =)
I am sorry to hear of your grandma's passing. I've been very busy. I did alot of work in my backyard. I did manage to run or lift almost every day.
I am up to 20km runs. My goal is to run in the Edmonton marathon next summer. My wife & my 2 little girls hiked up Sulpher mountain in Banff. I was suprised they made it 5km, zig zaging up a mountain. Only had to carry the smallest one once.
