How I Started:
Started after birth of 13yr old. Was given a Cory Everson tape and it took off from there. Now, I have 3 children and I REALLY have a reason to workout. To stay sane for all of us.lol. Always have been athletic.
Why I Love It:
I love the sweat, burn, and recovery of it all. Especially the hot bath afterwards:)) I love feeling powerful;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Life hasn't always been easy and when I have no where else to turn, there's always my training. It's always there for me. What better could I do for myself than be fit and healthy? I know that my future is in my training and I love it!!

Thanks for the add! My cardio time depends on where I am in my training (competition prep vs. maintenance)...30 minutes most days for maint. & sometimes 2 cardios/day before a show. Good Luck!
Hey, I use the squat press machine. You sit at a steep 45 degree angle and it's like the standing squat only no pressure on your back. After every session I can see my striations which pumps me up to do it again. I want the striations to show 100% of the time. Not just when I work out. Sorry if I got to TMI...
PS just looked at your progress pics. WOWZERS your quads are amazing. You are putting on muscle way easy. You should compete in light weight bb, you are a natural!
Thanks for the request! Wow you are doing great! Wanna step up the cardio? I see u have an elliptical at home. Strap on some ankle weights and hand weights (the wrist kind) I add ankle to my strai mill workout each morning-BRUTAL and EFFECTIVE! Keep it rockin!
