How I Started: Started after birth of 12yr old. Was given a Cory Everson tape and it took off from there. Now, I have 3 children and I REALLY have a reason to workout. Always have been athletic.
Why I Love It: I love the sweat, burn, and recovery of it all. Especially the shower afterwards:)) I love feeling powerful.
How I Stay Motivated: What else better could I do for myself than be healthy? I love it.

I am so happy to hear that you are in the BFL challenge and that you are close to finishing. A great way to get in the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12 week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their weightlifting, cardio & nutrition program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
