Contest experience was worth every sweat, tear, tuna, tilapia and oatmeal. It truly is the journey. My trainer would continue to motivate me, manage my workouts to my energy and always tell me that it is the journey. At times I wanted to say \'crap\', but if I wasn\'t working out, someone else is and that may make the difference. The support from family and friends at the show was soooo motivating. I felt like a kid in a Christmas pageant, having fun and waving to all!!! Will definately do it again. |
