What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I think about my lifting goals for that gym session. I see myself doing the lifts and the great feeling I have having done the workout.
Where do you get your workout programs?
I get my ideas for my workout programs by looking at others (books, in person, or on the WWW) and adapting them to my own needs and goals.

I did 12 years as an aviation structural mechanic (6092), but I also did work as a non destructive inspection technician (6033) and a hazardous waste/hazardous material handler (9954).

Hey man! I just watched your front squat video, and that was awesome. Good lift. I also tend to lean forward at the very bottom, but it didn't look like you bent forward very much, which is acceptable.

Congrats on your workouts and I see that your strength is going up on your lifts.
Those desk jobs, though needed can be a real problem for fitness but you sure found the cure.
