Still doing my cardio, having to rehab my rotator cuff

My cardio consists of 45 minutes on the elipical and 15 minutes on the treadmill

My cardio consists of 45 minutes on the eliptical.

I have upped my cardio to 40 minutes on the eliptical and 10 to 20 minutes on the treadmill. I really like the eliptical.
