Fat, the worst time of my life what a change  , huh? :)
This is the begin of all, at that time i just wanna get fit! then i started swiming and workin' out
After 1 year of fight, I reduced my bodyfat about 15~17%, now i'm 11.3% and starting my second month of bulking up, training hard, eating right and let's see the results that will come!
