mid very flacid mid, more toned
i always said i was 202 in this pic, prob more like 215. after this i gained about 20 more lbs. of course there are no photos of that...  i have been fine tuning my diet to lose layers of fat, since beneath that my abs are lookin good. since last year i have dropped from a size 20 to a 14.
