When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I worked out alot in high school playing volleyball for 3 hours after school, and then going to the gym for 2 hours after that. But I mostly did cardio and never really saw any muscle growth. When I was in college I pretty much stopped working out, ate whatever I wanted, and gained about 10 pounds. Now I'm eating 5 or 6 healthy, high protein meals a day and focusing on losing BF and gaining muscle. Working toward becoming a fitness model, hopefully!
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading other success stories and by focusing on my goal.

Hi Jo!! It's great to hear from you. Thank you for the supportive compliments. It's all for His Glory. Continue to train hard, and congratulations on the progress you've made and will make very soon. :)T
I pack my lunch every day. I won't tell you the comments I get at work, but it makes me strong and fit and I'll keep at it. I've already gone through two lunch totes, lol....
Also meant to say I am re-working my training plan, I just finished a long season and I have some thinking to do about the future. In the past I lifted single body parts, 5-6 days per week, and as heavy as I could go without a spot. Cardio was minimal til recently (I have a high metabolism) and just ried to have fun :)
