I have written anything in my blog for a while. Since I have been gone, I haven't changed much although I feel stronger, my weight and size is unchanged. I am assuming my diet is the cause of this. I plan on picking up the cardio soon as I am triaing for a mini marathon. Hopefully I will not...

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
