Always had an interest in training and the whole bodybuilding physique.
Why I Love It:
The physique and watching your body change shape. Its great.Love the muscular look.
How I Stay Motivated:
I dont find this too hard to do. Absolutely love working out, go to a great gym who are so supportive and help you to achieve your goals. So its not a tough one, the only problem i sometimes have is staying out of the gym when i know i should.

None as yet like i said im bit of a newie. If anyone can pass on any great hints, tips anything much appreciate it.

Goal (Long):
Still need to lose some bodyfat. But more than anything i need to be consistent with my diet.
Commitment to my training isnt an issue, if only dieting could be that easy too.
To be more defined and muscular. Making good progress so for a years time so long as i can do the diet side should be darn good.
