How I Started:
Well, I've been active my whole life. I danced from 3-18 years old. I cheered in highschool. I've been horseback riding (hunter/jumper/english) from 9 years old to present. I've been playing tennis for about 10 years now. I love to ski and snowboard. I got into working out heavily a couple years ago (when I first joined bodybuilding.com) and then just stopped because I was working ALL the time. But, now I'm back at it! I don't really care about my weight- I want to decrease BF and increase lean muscle...LETS GO!
Why I Love It:
It's amazing to see how you can control your body and change your shape and size. It's fun and exciting. It keeps me energized and happy!
