100 Carbs Weeks 12-9 80 Carbs Week 9-6 60 Carbs 6-3 50 Carbs 3-1
70 Fat Weeks 12-9 60 Fat Weeks 9-6 50 Fat Weeks 6-3 30 Fat Weeks 3-1
The protein is spread equally between my 5 meals and post workout shake.
The Carbs are most eaten and diveded equally between meal 1 and whatever meal should come before my workout.
The fat is spread pretty evenly between my 5 meals of the day.
Meal one is eaten as soon as I wake up, I then set timers to eat every 3 hours for my next 4 meals.
Since the time of my workout varies I don't time my post workout shake.
This is my plan, but I will adjust according to my body.
