What's up?I also play football, and I want to know if you have any advice for a player that wabts to make it to the next level.I play middle linebacker in high school and I weigh around 176 pounds at 5'7".I'm only a sophomore right now,and I'm not really getting much varsity playing time right now because of the seniors in front of me.What would you do in my situation?
Lift with an 11 year vet, Defensive Player of the year and 5 time pro-bowler, he is ten years younger than me and it drives him nuts that I keep up with him. Anyway, dont compete in BB, stay focused on football and your grades, God and your head. The NFL is a NASTY place and you need to handle it right to not become just another cliche.
Best, John
looks like your on the right track with your conditioning then dude, just keep it up and keep your eye on the prize. The more serious you are off the field, the more serious you can be on the field.
Your're on the right track to compete professionally. What makes or breaks you at the next level is staying injury free becoming an expert nutritionist. Best of luck.
We got a tema over here, the "braunschweig lions". But i would play in a semi-professional team. I know some guy, who played for the professionals ... i will ask him and show him your picture. I will let u know, if i find sth out.
