If you hate how much effort you have to put into preparing your food each and every day, then shoving it down your pipe, you are on the right track. Bundled with an intense workout I'd say 4-6 weeks? But remember- if you slack for one day its as if you have to start all over again. My nutritionist got me onto MTC Gold oil. It contains 0g Fat but in one tablespoon it contains nearly 300 calories. So This makes eating less stressful and adds what you need.
either add a 7th meal or add another 150 calories per meal for the first 2 weeks. See how that works for you and go from there. Either stay at that intake level or boost it up by an additional 75 calories per meal.
Yeah.. It was 3% in 10 days.. I Think you should up your food intake with only quality calories. then keep up your intense workout and watch for the results.
Make sure to eat the right fats and carbs. That will help alot. Eat multiple times each day. 6 to 8. Carb in the am to jump start, Dont eat a lot of carbs at night and none before sleep. If you wake up in the middle of the night eat some slow digesting protien to keep your matabolism revving up, Slow digesting protien shortly before sleep too.
