I cant stand any cardio done on a piece of cardio equipment (although I preach the importance of it everyday to my clients lol) I love activities.. I play basketball twice a week and racquetball 3 times a week.. The stairmill is my favorite if Im forced to use equipment.

I usually use racquetball for my cardio but on nights like tonight I'll run steady on 6.0 on the treadmill for 30 mins straight.. What's your cardio routine usually like?

I'm in for another long day at work.. Day 6 of 12 staight 13 hr shifts ugh.. All the training and work has caught up to me.. Im feelin pretty beat up.. Ill only be doing 30 mins of cardio today.. Gotta get these abs showing already!

Thats awesome! Yea I lift pretty heavy. I pyramid 12 - 6 reps.. I love being strong I'm more addicted to that then the looks part.. Yes and you definitely need to date a bodybuilder.

That style of training is sick.. MMA fighters are the most explosive conditioned athletes on the planet..I guess I better get some tires in my gym lol.. You have so much passion and dedication, there's no doubt that you'll get where you need to be =D

I actually only do 3 excercises, Side laterals, Dumbell presses and upright rows.. Be careful not to overtrain your shoulders.. That's alot for a small muscle group..plus dont forget that your delts do work on chest and back day as well..I find that for shoulders less is more.

It's abs and 2 hours of racquetball for me tonight.. Your itching in your chair and I'm falling asleep in mine lol.. Long days are getting to me ugh.. I'm opening a gym at the end of the year and now is grinding time.. Work now, play later..

I'm bored out of my mind at work.. The gym is so slow now that the good weather is here.. mmm, peanut butter pie, that sounds amazing right about now.. What a reward.. I'm a peanut butter fanatic!
