Goal (Long):
I not only would I like to continue to inspire my personal training clients but also everyone around me.I would like to be as fit as possible.Not just look fit but actually be fit.One of my main goals is to get back into racquetball, enter tournaments again and become a sponsored player.
Beside being one of the busiest people i've seen, her passion for health and fitness along with her accomplishments are amazing.. And while doing it all she looks great too.. I'm inspired!
you get your gym yet? i just got another office location, moving in october pretty psyched. September is business focus, time to crack down and step it up

45 min moderate paced cardio in the am. and 20 min HIIT after my weightlifting session in the pm. I dont' enjoy the slow ones. They drag on so I have to read something while I'm doing those.
I switched it up and did legs instead! woooooo, my hammies are dying. I really ripped it up. I'm walking funny so I've been practicing not making funny faces at work while I get out of my desk. lol how are ya!?
So do you lift really heavy? What's your rep range? I just talked to that girl, shes gng to make some calls and see if I can train w/ some UFC ppl she works with. I need to date a body builder lol
I met this girl at fig universe comp. and she had amazing delts, she trains w/UFC fighters. Her workouts are all explosive, tire throwing, plyos,etc. I love how she came in ...very pumped. Like yours but feminine! I'm eating a little more and lifting heavy , hopefully I get somewhere!
Pyramid training- light to heavy (heavy 6 reps): front lat raises, side lat raises, arnold press,front plate raise,small plate delt swings (my coach taught me this one) times 4. Yours?
