It gives me a major satisfaction and love of myself. It gives me an AWESOME mindset! I always leave the gym in an improved mood! At the end of the day I KNOW I did something good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't feel right unless I've lifted hard.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't had any major ones yet.. but jus bein active & healthy & hittin it HARD everytime I do it. That is an accomplishment to me.

Monday-LEGS (6x10 for mostly everything)
Tuesday-CHEST/BACK (chest I do 1x10,1x12,1x15,1x20, back I do 3x10-15)
Wednesday-BI/TRI/SHOULDER (triceps-high reps(15-20)biceps-sets of 10)
Your great work is very evident to see from that great physique. Mind blowing!Looking at your results I can only learn from you and what you do. If you have a mantra for working out and how I can improve my physique would love to hear your advice?
I'm doing pretty well, just working on getting my squat up to at least 455. I also will do a strongman comp in 4 weeks if my shoulder is healed up. We'll see :)
