I was really active with track, volleyball, softball, and basketball all through middle school and high school. Lifting started when I was 16 because of my brother and ex boyfriend and I have been off and on since.

my brother :) he's such a bad ass..he's so smart..knows everything all u ma-f-ckas need to find out. HE SQUATS his ass to the ground. isn't a bitch. isn't obsessed with his arms. we used to lift together til i moved. :( I LOVE HIM. he's my best friend! he's given me SO much support with "getting big" he always compliments my genes LOL, and form during lifting. he's always positive towards me. MISS HIM!
