Played a lot of sports when I was younger. I continued to play in college and they went hand in hand.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the sweat and hard work. I like to push myself, making up workouts, and I love that feeling after a gooood work out. I like seeing improvements, I like seeing my body change. I love that that you only get out of it as much as you put in. I love feeling good, and good about myself. Lastly, its something thats going to improve my quality of life for years to come.
How I Stay Motivated:
It has always been my nature. I get motivated by the simplist things. But ultimately its just me wanting to be my best
I want it all...added muscle, increased strength, some size, and lastly...cut.
Goal (Long):
I want to put on about 5-10lbs of lean muscle, distrubted evenly of course. Any increase in strength would be a benefit, whether it helped me in sports or lifting patients...I'd take it. Im not a body builder although I do admire their desire, determination, and discipline. I want to be solid. When I see my self I want to say, "finally." When others see me I want them to say, "Damn?!" Winter of 08' my body fat was its best, my eating habits were the healthiest, and I felt my best, I want to get back to that.
Being healthy has always been the goal, looking good is just an added benefit. I want the total package, abs, popin shoulders, big bi's/tri's, full chest, V back, and tree trunk legs.
Mate from seeing your pics youve come a long way and put a good deal of dedciation into your passion, good for you. Gives me something to believe in seeing thta im a newbie in this field.

hold on a min... i just saw u tried to put dem leg pics up. nice. all i know is when we start cleaning bulking after SB, are legs are gonna grow like whoa. think about this... if we've wouldve been bulking and not cutting... BAM, tree trunks. SO after SB cleaning bulking kid.
we've become beasts. i still got a lil catching up to do aka 20lbs pure mass and a 5% loss of BF to even be up to ur level.
this summer though we are gonna get more cut up then ever. NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT... motivated beeeeeeeyoch.
Solid muscle and definition showing on that pose.Big arms and forearms, solid chest and 8 pack on the way and nice & wide upper lats. Quite the physique on the way. Andre
